Description:
Our company is working on the design review and contract management of 161- G+4 and 8-G+7 condominium blocks located at AKAKI (AKAKI housing project office). This project is one of the massive housing projects undertaken by the city government of Addis Ababa with total apartment unit of 5,100 and 550 shop units. The housing project involves over 53 contractors; large number of SMES in block, precast beam and different construction trades (metal work, electrical, sanitary, and painting); creates large number of employment opportunities for communities.
