Description:
The design of the building enhances the university culture and existing features of the campus, serviced by creating a conducive working environment and the state of the art facilities. The design of the complex is envisaged to be forward looking in conception and state of art in technical approaches, the building and the landscaping shall create a comfortable working atmosphere and attractive campus life. The building consists of three main function that interrelate and have their own requirements, the test center which accommodate large number of visitors at a time and needs high security for the test, second the ICT center which would be the brain and backbone of the university and the Chinese confessions center, represented by Chinese’s cultural styles, this center will serve as the language and cultural exchange center. The design has considered all the requirement of each users and brought together as one building. The complex in addition to the requirement of the three centers it has accommodate different facilities, such as multipurpose hall, exhibition hall, restaurant and related services it has state of the art technologies, security system, HAVAC systems, finishing materials. The design of the building is modern crafted with traditional art and architecture, considered green vertical patios which gives the building its integration into nature.
