ASSEM PLC project is located in the Ledeta redevelopment area, the building is designed to accommodate high end commercial, office and international branded five star hotel, the building is set to setup new height and standard. It has four basements for parking, five floors for commercial spaces and one of the twin tower 17 floors office space and the other tower five star international hotel with 220 luxury rooms, roof top swimming pool and bar facilities.
